All heads of Government Schools have been instructed to host "Prabhat Pheris" on and around their campuses from 11 to 13 August 2022

According to an official circular, the Delhi government has ordered its schools to host "Prabhat Pheris" as part of the celebrations for "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" from August 11 to 13.

“As the nation is celebrating its 75th year of Independence, ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ is scheduled to be observed as a part of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”, the circular stated. 

All Heads of Government Schools have been instructed to host "Prabhat Pheris" on and around their campuses from 11 to 13 August 2022 as a part of these celebrations. However, it was added that these events must be planned by the schools in keeping with the existing Covid guidelines.

To mark the 75th anniversary of India gaining Independence, "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" is being held this year. To entice citizens to fly the national flag at their residences, the central government has also started the "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign.
