Pondicherry University has extended the deadline for applying to be admitted to the Ph.D. programme from 2023 to July 17. Candidates must submit their application before the deadline on the official website, pondiuni.edu.in, if they want to take the PU Ph.D. entrance exam in 2023. The institution is extending the deadline for the second time.
"This opportunity is being provided for all those candidates who could not complete their Registration earlier as well for those candidates who want to apply as fresh candidates," Pondicherry University stated.
Before submitting an application for the entrance exam, the institution recommended applicants to review the eligibility requirements and information regarding the PhD programmes available.
Additionally, it stated that owing to "administrative reasons," five exam cities for the PhD admission exam had been cancelled. Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Jaipur, and Vijayawada are among these cities.
