The Oxford Senior Executive Leadership Programme (SELP) is an intensive nine-month learning experience tailored for CXOs and senior leaders seeking to enhance their operational and strategic skills from a global perspective, enabling them to navigate emerging business challenges. The programme includes intensive in-class learning at Oxford's UK Campus, industry immersion in Dubai and live-online modules.
