In the first round of the University of Delhi's Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS), 8,692 students received undergraduate seats. The students chosen in the initial spot admission round will not be permitted to upgrade or withdraw their UG seats because there were 6,030 total acceptances and 349 admissions against spot rounds. Candidates who have already been admitted to DU will not be permitted to upgrade their seats, and their seats will be locked.

More than 14,000 seats remain open in the university, which started accepting students for the academic year 2022–23 in September, even though 58,883 students have been admitted to undergraduate courses as of the third round of seat distribution under CSAS. The undergraduate programmes at DU have 70,000 seats available. The university released the admittance list for the top spots on Wednesday.

admission.uod.ac.in is currently open for seat acceptance for round-1 spot admission. Up to 25 November 2022 till 4:59 PM, candidates may accept the offered seats. Candidates must accept admission to the seats offered in the first round of selection, according to DU. The candidate will lose their eligibility for admission and be kicked out of CSAS if they don't take the seat they were offered in the first round of admissions.
