The National Testing Agency (NTA) has published the final results for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Entrance Examination 2024 for admission into the undergraduate programmes. Candidates who had appeared for the examination can now check their results and download their scorecard through the official website - exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT.
Stage I of the entrance test was conducted on February 5, 2024, consisting of the General Ability Test (GAT) and/or Creative Ability Test (CAT), at 72 centres across 60 cities. Stage II of the examination consisted of the Studio Test/ Situation Test/ Technical Ability Test and/or Interviews which was held on May 13, 2024, at 25 centres across 16 cities.

Shortlisted candidates are called in for a counselling session after which they are assigned a campus and a course depending on the course preferences they indicated during counselling. The detailed registration schedule for the allotment process will be notified by the NIFT official website in the third week of May.
This exam is a crucial institute-level selection procedure for aspiring students who want to pursue a BDes or BFTech degree at various campuses of NIFT for the academic year 2024-2025.
