NTA issues GAT-B, BET 2024 Provisional Answer Key; Know Steps to Challenge Inside

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the provisional answer key for the Graduate Aptitude Test - Biotechnology (GAT-B) and Biotechnology Eligibility Test (BET) 2024 yesterday i.e. on 26 April. Candidates who have appeared in the exam can download the GAT-B, BET 2024 provisional answer by visiting the official website- exams.nta.ac.in/DBT.
Candidates who aren’t satisfied with the answer key will be able to raise objections against the GAT-B, BET 2024 provisional answer key by 28 April through the official website. Candidate challenges will undergo verification by a panel of subject experts. If deemed valid, the answer key will be adjusted accordingly.
To challenge the answer key, candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question challenged. Following the revision of the GAT-B, BET 2024 final answer key, the results will be prepared and announced.
As per the schedule, the GAT-B 2024 and BET 2024 examinations were held on 20 April.
GAT-B, BET 2024 Answer Key: Steps to challenge
- Visit the official website- exams.nta.ac.in/DBT
- Log in with the required credentials and submit
- Click ‘Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key’
- Question IDs in sequential order for GAT-B /BET 2024 will appear on the screen
- If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box
- Upload supporting documents in the field ‘Choose File’ and upload (all documents are to be put in a single pdf/jpg file)
- Click on ‘Challenge Question’ and move to the next screen
- All the option IDs you have challenged will be displayed and if any changes are required, the candidate can click on edit and add challenge questions
- Click on ‘save your claim and pay fee finally’
