SSC Launches New Website! Advice Candidates to Re-register

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has revamped its digital infrastructure by launching a new website - ssc.gov.in. The new website was made live on February 17, 2024. However, the old website can still be accessed through a link on the new platform despite the alteration. 

As per the official notification, candidates are requested to complete a fresh One Time Registration (OTR) on the Commission’s new website, since the previously done OTR corresponding to the old website will no longer be considered. The detailed information for OTR can be seen under the website section - ‘For Candidates > Special Instructions > Instructions for filling OTR’.

Candidates must note that the applications for all upcoming examinations must be submitted via the new website only.

Steps for Making One Time Registration 

Step 1: Visit the new website at ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on ‘Login/Register’ to proceed.

Step 3: Select ‘Register Now’.

Step 4: Fill out the ‘One-Time Registration’ form accurately.

Step 5: Successfully verify the mobile and email OTP to receive the registration number.

Step 6: Login and change the password.

Step 7: Fill out ‘Additional details page’, check out the declaration, and submit.

The SSC highlighted the necessity of following the revised registration method to enable efficient communication and application for all future examinations.
