In a bid to strengthen its workforce, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is seeking applications for 60 Deputy Manager positions. Eligibility and Application Process
Aspiring candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University/ Institute. Selection will be based on the final merit derived from the Engineering Services (ES) Examination (Civil), 2023 conducted by UPSC. Selection Process and Service Bond
The selection process includes a Written Test and Personality Test based on the final merit of the Engineering Services (ES) Examination (Civil), 2023 by UPSC. Upon selection, candidates joining NHAI will be required to execute a Service Bond amounting to ₹5 lakhs, committing to serve the National Highways Authority of India for a minimum of 3 years from their joining date.
