The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially started the first round of choice-filling for the NEET UG 2024 counselling process today, November 8, 2024. Candidates who have qualified for the entrance test and are eligible for the said round will be able to start filling out choices through the official MCC website. The window will remain functional till November 17, 2024.
Steps to Fill Out Choices
After choice filling, the option locking process will begin as per the uploaded schedule from 4 PM to 11.55 PM on November 17, 2024. Candidates will be allotted seats on November 20, 2024, based on their NEET PG 2024 rank, preference, and seat availability.
MCC has also recently published a revised brochure with the addition of significant details about the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) counselling process and updated eligibility conditions for aspirants.
The entire counselling process will be conducted in three rounds followed by an online stray vacancy round.
