The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) will commence the registration window for the Maharashtra Civil Service (MCS) Exam 2024 through the official website-mmpsc.gov.in. As per the schedule, the Maharashtra Gazetted Civil Services (Joint Preliminary Exam 2024) will be held on 28 April 2024.
The registration process for State Services (205), Maharashtra Civil Engineering Services (26) and Maharashtra Forest Service (43) for Group-A and B posts will begin on 5 January 2024. The State Service (Main Exam 2024) will be held from 14 to 16 December 2024. The Maharashtra Architectural Engineering Service (Main 2024) will be held on 23 November 2024 and Maharashtra Forest Service (Main 2024) will be conducted from 28 to 31 December 2024.

It must be noted that candidates belonging from the general category will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 544. Those from OBC, EWS, orphans and PwD categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 344.
