The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has decided to extend the registration deadline for the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test (TS EdCET) 2024. This gives the candidates another opportunity to submit their application, without a late fee, through the official website - edcet.tsche.ac.in. Previously, the last date was announced to be May 6 which has been postponed to May 10, 2024.

As for the release of the final results, the specific date is yet to be announced by the official website.
The common entrance test will be conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda on behalf of the TSCHE in two sessions, from 10 AM to noon (first session) and 2 PM to 4 PM (second session).
This examination acts as a gateway for students who wish to pursue a regular two-year BEd degree at all universities/institutes/colleges across Telangana for the academic year 2024-2025.
