The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will close the post-seat allotment option entry process for the first round of the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024 counselling today, November 19, 2024. Candidates who have been allotted seats in this round must finalise their choices on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, to ensure their participation in further rounds of the counselling process.
“Candidates should compulsory exercise the choice, otherwise candidates will not be considered for further rounds”, KEA has emphasised that failure to complete this step will disqualify candidates from subsequent rounds.
Round 1 seat allotment result for MBA/MCA/ME/MTech/ MArch programmes was declared on November 15, 2024.
Choice Filling Steps
Candidates must confirm their choice within the stipulated time frame as mentioned in the KEA's timetable. Failure to take any action during the specified period may lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat. Following this, the fee payment window for choices 1 and 2 candidates will remain functional till November 20, 2024.
Candidates are advised to complete all formalities and ensure their documents are ready for verification at their respective allotted institutions.
