The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) revised the exam date for the Elementary School Trained Assistant Teacher Joint Competitive Examination 2023. The Jharkhand Teacher recruitment examination will now be conducted on 10 February 2024.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 26,001 vacancies of teachers in the department. Out of these, 11,000 are released for Jharkhand PRT and 15,001 for Jharkhand TGT posts. It must be noted that the detailed examination schedule will be made available after the conclusion of the online application process, considering the number of candidates and the required examination days.
In compliance with the court's decision, the Commission will commence the online application registration shortly. Candidates who have successfully cleared the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) and Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) are eligible to apply for assistant teacher vacancies.
