Jawaharlal Nehru University is scheduled to release the JNU 1st merit list 2023 for admission into undergraduate programmes for the academic session 2023-24 soon. The JNU UG admission 2023 first merit list will likely be out on 8 August 2023. Candidates seeking admission to Jawaharlal Nehru University must note that the 1st admission list will be released at the official website at jnu.ac.in.
The deadline for submission of online applications was 2 August 2023.
JNU admission 2023 to various undergraduate courses will be held based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores. CUET-UG scores will be applicable for admission to all programmes including the integrated BSc-MSc programme in Ayurveda biology, BA (Hons) in foreign languages, and all its certificate of proficiency programmes. Candidates opting for the BTech course must have a valid JEE-Main score.
The pre-enrolment registration and payment of fees with the blocking of seats for the first list will remain active from 8 August to 11 August.
Meanwhile, candidates whose names would not be on the 1st list or those unsatisfied with the allotment can wait for JNU UG Admission 2023 2nd Merit List. The varsity is like to release JNU UG Admission 2023 Second Merit List on 16 August. After the release of the second list, the pre-enrolment registrations and fee payment will have to be completed between 22 August and 24 August.
The university will release the third merit list on 22 August and the fourth and final list on 7 September.
According to the officials, Students whose names are mentioned on the third list can complete their pre-enrolment registration and fee payment by 24 August. The process of pre-enrolment registration and payment of fees for the fourth list will be done on 7-8 September, the official added.
The last date for registration and admission is 15 September.
