The first session of Joint Entrance Mains Examination will be held on January 24 by the National Testing Agency. The admit cards for the exam has already been issued to the students and they can dowload it from the official website of JEE Mains at jeemain.nta.ac.in.

On the exam day, the candidates are required to report to the Examination centre well before time, ideally two hours before the commencement of the examination and must carry a print out of the admit card downloaded from the official website of the NTA. They are also required to carry a Photo ID along with them to the examination hall.

The examination will be held in a Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and candidate should sit in the seat allotted for them. They must not sit on any other seat as it can lead to cancellation of the candidature.

However, here it is to be noted that no re-test would be don for the candidates who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of the exam for any reason.
