IREL (India) Limited has invited applications for several Non-Unionised Supervisory Trainee positions with the organisation. The registration of the procedure has already begun and candidates can apply online at irel.co.in. The application process will continue till November 14. The selected candidates will be appointed on a regular basis.

Graduate Trainee (Finance) - Three candidates would be appointed to the posts
Graduate Trainee (HR) - Four candidates would be recruited for the position
Diploma Trainee (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) - Thirty-seven candidates would be recruited for the position
Trainee (Geologist/Petrologist) - Eight candidates would be recruited for the position.
Trainee Chemist - Four candidates would be recruited for the position.
Educational qualifications
Graduate Trainee (Finance) - Graduate in Commerce from a recognized Indian University.
Graduate Trainee (HR) - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Indian University
Diploma Trainee (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical) - 3 years Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
Geologist/ Petrologist - Graduation in Geology/ applied Geology with Geology/ Chemistry as major subject
Chemist - 3 years Diploma in Engineering/ Graduate in science with chemistry as major subject
Training
Selected candidates will have to undergo training for one year and as per the policy of IREL, would be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs 37,200 apart from company accomodation /HRA in case of non-availability of company accommodation.
Salary upon appointment on successful completion of training
Following the successful completion of training, candidates would be absorbed in S-1 Grade at Rs 25,000 - Rs 68,000 along with other allowances.
