IGNOU Launches New Courses, Including 4 Specialised MBA Programmes: Crucial Details Inside

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the launch of 13 new programmes across various disciplines, including four new MBA specialisations. The medium of instruction is English.

• MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• MBA in Agribusiness Management
• MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management
• PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology
• PG Diploma in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
• MA in Geeta Studies
• Certificate in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Visual Impairment
• Certificate in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Hearing Impairment
• Certificate in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Intellectual Disability
• MSc in Home Science (Community Development and Extension Management)

Overview of IGNOU’s MBA Programmes

Candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum duration of three years and at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). 

The MBA programmes span a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years. Students must complete 28 courses over four semesters (two years) to earn the degree, with mandatory registration in the first semester and re-registration in subsequent semesters.
