The India Post will end the edit window for India Post GDS 2023 today i.e. on 26 August 2023. Candidates who want to make changes in the application form can do it through the official website of India Post- indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

The recruitment drive will fill up a total of 30041 Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) posts in the organisation. The recruitment will be done from three posts- Branch Postmaster, Assistant Branch postmaster, Dak Sevak.

  1. Visit the official website- indiapostgdsonline.gov.in
  2. On the homepage, click on the India Post GDS edit window 2023 link available
  3. Key in the login details and click submit
  4. The application form will appear on the screen
  5. Go through the form and make the edits wherever necessary
  6. Click ‘Submit’
  7. Download the confirmation page and take a printout of the same for future reference

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a system generated merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Class 10 to a percentage to the accuracy of four decimals.

The list of applicants shortlisted for engagement will be released by the Department on its website and GDS Online Portal.
