The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee and Simplilearn, a provider of digital skills training, have collaborated to launch a Business Analytics for Strategic Decision Making programme. The programme will be taught online and is targeted at executives and professionals.
The course curriculum, designed by the IIT Roorkee faculty and presented in collaboration with Simplilearn, will teach students to unearth data's actual worth and make data-driven business decisions. The curriculum also covers the fundamentals of business analytics, including statistics, predictive analytics, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning techniques, as well as data visualisation, data storytelling, and other techniques.
The programme is best suited for professionals with at least 6 years of work experience from a variety of industries and backgrounds, such as business analysts, mid to senior-level managers, C-suite executives, consultants, and business heads, who want to use analytics to make better and more efficient business decisions.
