The application process for IIT JAM 2025 will begin on the official website of IIT Delhi from Tuesday, September 3. Interested and eligible candidates who wish to apply for the exam can do so by visiting joaps.iitd.ac.in
Through this test, students will be selected for admission to about 3000 seats in various post graduate programmes at IITs and over 2,000 seats at IISc and NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, DIAT through CCMN. Admissions will be made for various Masters programmes such as MSc, MSc (Tech), MSc-MTech Dual Degree, MS (Research), Joint MSc-PhD and MSc-PhD Dual Degree in various institutes.
The computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted in seven test papers, namely Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH), in over 100 cities across the country.
The last date for registering online for the examination is Friday, October 11. The exam will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
There is no age restriction for appearing in the exam. Candidates who have completed an undergraduate degree or are currently studying in the final year of undergraduate programmes are eligible to apply for the JAM 2025 examination.
