A total of 1,37,153 candidates sat for the CA Foundation Dec 2023 exams, with 41,132 students successfully passing the exam, according to the released pass percentage by ICAI.
Conducted offline over four days from December 31 to January 6, the exams were administered in over 280 cities within India and eight cities abroad. To qualify, candidates must achieve a minimum of 40% in individual papers and 50% in aggregate.
