The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) will soon declare the Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2022 results tomorrow or day after, Chief Minister Manohar Lal informed at a press conference on 9 January i.e. yesterday.

The Haryana chief minister said, “We want Group-D CET to be held after Group-C jobs are declared, so that people selected in Group-C don't go for Group-D exam.” 

The decision to notify Haryana Group D CET jobs was taken to avoid candidates shortlisted in Group C from appearing in Group D exams. Haryana CET 2022 was held on 5 November, 2022. 10.78 lakh candidates appeared in the exam held in 1,200 examination centres in 17 of the 22 districts of the state including one in the union territory and state capital Chandigarh.

A total of 11,36,894 lakh candidates had registered for the CET exams out of which 10,78,864 lakh candidates, as per reports. The state government had also provided free transportation for students appearing in the exam to avoid any kind of delay.
