CareerBoost plays host to more than 6,200 leading companies across integrated technology, technology, consulting, manufacturing, telecommunication and other allied sectors. These companies seek fresh hires from in-demand domains such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, IT Software, Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, Product Management, Marketing, Finance and Digital Marketing.

Established in 2021, the platform offers candidates holistic career support, administers assessment tests, prepares candidates for interviews and enables them to apply for jobs in top companies. It also helps

The platform also helps organisations get in touch with pre-vetted talents from institutions across the country, thus streamlining the hiring process and cutting down turnaround time.

“In the past few years, the global skills shortage has deepened the gap between employable talent and organizations. Industries are witnessing their highest-ever attrition rates, a problem demanding attention not just from HR, but also from C-suite professionals. It is exciting to see top companies like Microsoft rolling out high-paying offers to candidates via CareerBoost. The platform was launched to counter the hit that campus placements took due to the pandemic and has added incredible value to the learners as well as our hiring partners,” said Hari Krishnan Nair, co-founder of Great Learning.

Talking about how CareerBoost helped his job hunt, engineering graduate Jugal Nagar said: “Coming from a small village called Naraniya in Madhya Pradesh, I had to move out of my home in Class X itself to pursue my dream of becoming a Computer Science engineer. I did my engineering at Sushila Devi Bansal College of Technology, Indore. Not even in my dreams did I imagine that my first job would be at Microsoft. Great Learning through its platform CareerBoost has opened the doors for students like me in top companies like Microsoft which generally prefer to hire students only from IITs and NITs.”

The number of CareerBoost users since March 2021 has grown 50 times within a year as it continues to bridge the gap between skilled talent and recruiters. The most in-demand roles on the platform include Software Engineer, DotNet Developer, Data and Analytics Practitioner, Product Engineer, Security Analyst and Programmer.
