According to officials, girls performed better than boys in Class 10 Annual Regular Examinations of the Jammu and Kashmir school education board, the results of which were announced on Monday.

The examination was conducted in April 2023. 1,18,791 of the 1,48,701 students who registered for the examination have qualified, according to the results released by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE). Overall, 79.89 percent of students passed the examinations, but just 78.23% of boys and 81.68 percent of girls did, according to the officials.
