Additionally, this year's theme, "Creating Employment," invites individuals from diverse backgrounds, including college students, working professionals, academics, writers, journalists, consultants, NGO workers, retirees, and more. This inclusive competition encourages participants to propose sectors where 50 lakh jobs can be generated in India within the next two years, accompanied by comprehensive and actionable implementation plans.

Submitted ideas will be meticulously evaluated based on sector potential, content quality, clarity of ideas, and feasibility.
