The Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board (DSSSB) is expected to start the online registration process for its 2024 recruitment drive starting today, February 13. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can check and fill up the application form on the official website at dsssb.delhi.gov.in. The deadline to submit applications is March 13.
This recruitment campaign aims to fill 1,896 vacancies across various positions including nursing officers, pharmacists, resource centre coordinators, cooks, and section officers. While the minimum age requirement is 18 years, the maximum age limit varies depending on the specific job role.
It must further be noted that male applicants from the general category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100, whereas female candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and ex-serviceman categories are exempted from the payment of any kind of fees.
As outlined in the official notification, selection for the DSSSB recruitment 2024 will be based on a written exam. Further details regarding the examination process will be provided to shortlisted candidates. To qualify, general category candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks, while OBC candidates need 35% and SC/ST candidates require 30%.
