UPTAC 2024 Counselling Schedule Revised - Key Dates and Important Information

The Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) authority has announced a revision in the counselling schedule for the much-awaited UPTAC 2024 admission process for the BTech courses. Aspiring engineering and technology students in Uttar Pradesh are advised to carefully note the revised dates to avoid missing any crucial deadlines.

• Round 1 Data Reconciliation by NIC - August 9, 2024
• Round 1 Seat Allotment Result - August 10, 2024
• Round 2 Data Reconciliation by NIC - August 15, 2024
• Round 2 Seat Allotment Result - August 16, 2024
• Round 3 Data Reconciliation by NIC - August 22, 2024
• Round 3 Seat Allotment Result - August 23, 2024
• Round 4 Seat Allotment Result - August 27, 2024
• Round 5 Seat Allotment Result - September 6, 2024

Counselling Process

• Registration - Complete the online registration process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Document Verification - Carry original documents for verification at the designated counselling centers.
• Choice Filling - Carefully select your preferred colleges and courses during the choice-filling process.
• Seat Allotment - The seat allotment will be based on the choices filled, rank, and availability of seats.
• Fee Payment and Reporting - If allotted a seat, pay the requisite fee and report to the allotted institute for admission formalities.

UPTAC is the centralised counselling process conducted by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by participating institutes in Uttar Pradesh. The counselling is based on the ranks secured by candidates in JEE Main, CUET UG, CUET PG, and NATA.
