The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, will start the registration process for the UP NEET UG Counselling 2023 stray vacancy round, from September 22. Eligible candidates can now apply for state quota medical and dental seats through the official website upneet.gov.in. The deadline for applications is September 24.
In accordance with the schedule, candidates can make their registration fee and security deposit payments by September 24. Online document verification will take place between September 23 and September 25.
To participate, applicants must pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000. The mandatory security deposit varies—Rs 30,000 for government medical colleges, Rs 2 lakh for private medical colleges, and Rs 1 lakh for private dental colleges. Candidates who have already submitted the security deposit need not resubmit it.

Step 1: Visit the official UP NEET counselling website at upneet.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the registration link.
Step 3: Provide basic details and complete the registration process.
Step 4: Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
Step 5: Pay the registration fee and submit the form.
Step 6: Download the completed form and retain a printout for your records.
