Digital wealth management firm Scripbox is looking for design interns who can conceptualize, plan and deliver end-to-end user experiences and workflows that will help define the company’s vision.
Scripbox is a pioneer in the digital financial services category and is recognized for creating simple and elegant user experiences in a complex domain.
Founded in 2012, the company has gradually emerged as a frontline player in the wealth management space, with a presence across more than 2,440 cities in the country.
The three-to-six-month internship being offered can be converted into a full time job on the company’s discretion.
Those applying must be B.E. or B.Tech graduates, having completed or due to complete their degree in 2020, 2021 or 2022. The internship is based out of Bengaluru. The salary will be decided by the company in keeping with the candidate’s experience and résumé.
The company is looking for a few key qualities in a candidate in order to be eligible for the internship. For starters, the candidate must be eager to learn, and always advocate for the users. The applicant should have excellent interaction and visual design skills, and demonstrate design vision and an ability to innovate.
Scripbox will also hire on the basis of how effectively a candidate collaborates with product managers and engineers in every step of the process, from understanding requirements to iterating through solutions.
The intern must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and communicate regularly with the design team to share feedback, critiques and learnings. He or she must understand the company’s design requirements and convert them into sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
Along with designing skills and creativity in a candidate, Scripbox is also looking forward to the entrepreneurial spirit of the candidate. The internship role needs someone with strong execution and organization skills, along with a strategic mindset.
