The prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, is set to initiate its summer internship recruitment process 2023-24 for the PGP-FABM programme on October 31, 2023. This recruitment drive, tailoured for postgraduate programme (PGP) students, will be conducted in 3 distinct cohorts.
In order to make the placement process more convenient, the institute will adopt a hybrid model in that it will allow companies the flexibility to either visit their campus or conduct the process online.
Their placement process is strategically designed around cluster cohorts, wherein companies offering similar profiles are grouped together. The first cohort is slated for October 31, 2023 followed by the second on November 3, 2023 and the third on November 6, 2023.
This strategic approach will not only ensure efficiency but also maximise opportunities for both students and recruiters alike.
