UGC NET June 2024 Result to be Released: How to Check and Important Details

The University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2024 results for the June session will be announced shortly. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their UGC NET 2024 results on the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

Steps to Download the UGC NET Result 2024 (Once Announced)

1. Visit the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
2. On the homepage, click the ‘UGC NET June 2024 Result’ link.
3. Enter the candidate’s application number, date of birth, and security code in the new window that appears.
4. Click ‘Submit’ to view your result.
5. Download and print the scorecard for future reference.

Candidates who qualify for the UGC NET exam will receive two types of certificates:

• Certificate for Lectureship (LS): This certificate is valid indefinitely, allowing candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Professor.
• Certificate for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): Valid for three years from the date of the result, this certificate enables candidates to pursue research roles.

The UGC NET 2024 June session examination was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from August 21 to September 5, covering 83 subjects. Following the release of the provisional answer key on September 11, the final answer key is expected to be published alongside the official UGC NET 2024 result.
