The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) declared the Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO) exam date 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can check the CSIR SO, ASO exam schedule 2024 through the official website- csir.res.in.
This recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 444 vacancies, of which 76 vacancies are for the post of Section Officer and 368 for Assistant Section Officer post. As per the schedule, the CSIR SO, ASO exam 2024 will take place from 5 to 20 February.
The CSIR Paper 1 will be held in the morning session and Paper 2 in the afternoon session. The examination will be administered online in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Paper 1 examination is scheduled from 10 am to 12 noon and Paper 2 from 3 pm to 5:30 pm.
