The registration process the for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is currently underway at the official website of ctet.nic.in. Candidates who have not yet registered themselves, can do so on the official website of till October 16, 2024.

The examination will be held on December 1 in two shifts. While the first shift will be held from 9.30 am to 12 noon, the second shift will be held from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.

Application Fee

Candidates appearing only in Paper I or Paper II will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000. However, candidates appearing in both the papers will have to pay Rs 1200.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories will have to pay Rs 500.

How to register for CTET exam 2024?

Step 1: Visit the official website at ctet.nic.in.

Step 2: Select the ‘CTET Dec-2024’ option displayed on the homepage.

Step 3: If you are a new user, complete registration to obtain login credentials.

Step 4: Fill out the application form.

Step 5: Upload the required documents (scanned signature and picture).

Step 6: Pay application fee

Step 7: Print and download the application and save it for future reference.
