CBSE Class 12 Biology examination was conducted on 16 March 2023 between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. The total mark of the paper is 70. There were 5 sections in the paper which the students found balanced as they contained application & memory-based questions.
Although the Biology exam is generally considered to be simple, getting a perfect mark is challenging. This is partly because each of the three groups contains at least three MCQs that are tough. Molecular Basis of Inheritance, Evolution, and Biotechnology were some of the subjects covered. According to reports, one question in Sets 1 and 3 went beyond the NCERT curriculum.
