The recruitment process for the positions of Assistant, Assistant Legislator, Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Lower Division Clerk are currently underway for the Bihar Legislative Council. The application window will remain open from 25 July till 21 August 2023. This recruitment drive aims to fill up 107 vacancies. Candidates can apply for the posts through the official website of the Bihar Legislative Council: biharvidhanparishad.gov.in.
The minimum age for applying for the posts of Assistant and Assistant Legislator Officer is 21, and for DEO and Lower Division Clerk is 18. Candidates who are permanent residents of Bihar need to pay a registration fee of Rs 600, while others need to pay Rs 1200 to complete the application procedure.
