AP EdCET Counselling 2024 Registration Window to Close Soon - Check Key Details Here!

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) is set to officially conclude the counselling registration for the Andhra Pradesh Education Common Entrance Test (AP EdCET) 2024 today, August 27. EdCET-qualified candidates who have not yet registered for counselling can do so through the official website (edcet-sche.aptonline.in/EdCET2024).

Processing Fee

Candidates belonging to the OC/BC category need to pay an amount of ₹1200, whereas, SC/ST/PH category candidates will pay ₹600 as their counselling processing fee through credit card/debit card/net banking.

Phase I Schedule

• Certificate Verification (August 22 to August 28) - Candidates will have to get their documents verified online or offline at designated Helpline Centers (HLCs). 
• Web Option Entry (August 29 to September 2) - Candidates will have to fill out the online web option form listing their choices in their desired order.
• Option Change (September 3) - If candidates want to edit/modify their preferences they can do so through the official website.
• Seat Allotment (September 5) - The seat allotment results will be declared based on their rank, preferences, and seat availability.

After completing the registration and choice-filling process, candidates must await the seat allotment results. It is crucial to report to the allotted institution on time and complete all necessary formalities to secure admission. Missing the reporting deadline can result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.

EdET is a state-level entrance examination for students wishing to seek admission to BEd or BEd (Special Education) programmes at educational institutions across Andhra Pradesh.
