Prospective candidates have until April 30 to complete their application submissions, with the deadline for payment of application fees set for May 2, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants for principal roles must fall within the age bracket of 32 to 50 years, while candidates for all other positions should be aged between 21 and 38 years.
Application Fees
- Candidates falling under the general or unreserved category are required to remit a fee of ₹2,000.
- Those belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories will need to pay ₹1,250.
- Applicants vying for teaching roles specifically will have differing fee structures, with general category candidates obligated to pay ₹,500 and SC, ST and PwD candidates charged ₹1,000.
Exam Pattern
- The exam will be conducted online and consist of four segments, all comprising multiple choice questions.
- With a total of 180 questions, each carrying one mark, candidates will be allotted 180 minutes to complete the test.
- For every incorrect response, a deduction of 0.25 marks will apply.
Selection Procedure
It will include a computer-based test (CBT), followed by interviews and document verification.
The recruitment drive aims to appoint individuals across various teaching disciplines, including PGT, TGT, Art, and Computer subjects, among others.
