The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made changes to the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE)-2024 schedule. Originally set for January 21, the exam will now take place on January 28, 2024.
The rescheduling decision stems from a clash with other major national examinations. The official notice states, "due to the clash between some major national examinations and All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE)-2024 being held on 21st January 2024, and difficulties experienced due to the same, it has been decided to reschedule AISSEE-2024 on 28.01.2024 (Sunday) across the country."
Additionally, the registration deadline for AISSEE 2024 has been extended to December 20, 2023, from the original date of December 16. The online fee payment deadline has also been moved to December 20, 2023.
Candidates have a correction window from December 22 to December 24, 2023, allowing them to rectify details in their Exam Application Form online. This includes the option to replace previously uploaded documents with the correct ones if errors occurred during the initial upload.
