The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has officially announced the results for the Institute of National Importance Super-Speciality (INI-SS) test results for DM, MCh, MD-Hospital Administration courses for January 2024 session. Candidates who participated in the examination on October 28, 2023 can now access and download their results from the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in.

The AIIMS INI SS 2024 examination was conducted to facilitate admission into super-specialty programmes offered by AIIMS Delhi, as well as other esteemed institutions including Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, NIMHANS-Bengaluru, and Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum.

According to the INI SS results for 2024, there were no applications received for DM-Paediatric Haematology Oncology, DM-Forensic Psychiatry, and DM-Interventional Radiology.

The institute clarified that this result has been published based on the information provided by the candidates in their online INI-SS applications, without any detailed scrutiny regarding eligibility, category certificates, sponsorship certificates, etc conducted. Any discrepancies discovered in the application may lead to the cancellation of candidature.

Emphasising the provisional nature of the AIIMS INI SS results, the institute outlined the next steps: “Three (3) times the number of seats advertised for all AIIMS or (2) two times the total number of seat advertised for all INIs whichever is higher will be called for departmental assessment (20 marks) related to the course for which the candidate has applied in respective department for all AIIMS through video conferencing mode only.”
