The Bar Council of India (BCI) will announce the results of AIBE XVII soon. The AIBE 17 results 2023 will mention all the important details like roll number and qualifying status of applicants who appeared for the exams. It must further be noted that the AIBE 17 result will not mention any sectional or overall scores for the AIBE examination. Applicants who qualify for the AIBE 2023 exam will be granted the Certificate of Practice, mandatory for practising law in India.

Once the results are announced, applicants whose results show 'FAIL' status can get their answer sheets rechecked by the BCI by following the steps mentioned below:

It must further be noted that the BCI will announce or send the details of the answer sheet rechecking within seven working days of receiving the request form.
Applicants who appeared for the exams can also request rechecking of their AIBE answer sheets themselves. For proceeding further with the same they need to book a time slot to visit the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. Applicants must fill up the application by mentioning YES against the question ' Will you visit BCI for rechecking?'. The council will then further inform applicants about the availability of the time slot once the application is received by them.

Applicants who pass the examination will be granted a COP, which is issued within three months post the announcement of the AIBE results. Applicants who have qualified the AIBE exam have to collect it from the respective State Bar Council or they can even download it from the AIBESCOPE application.
