The Bar Council of India (BCI) will announce the AIBE XVII results soon. AIBE 17 results 2023 will further mention details like roll number and qualifying status of the applicants. It must further be noted that applicants who qualify in the AIBE 2023 exam will be granted a Certificate of Practice, mandatory for practising in a court of law.

The BCI permits applicants to request for a re-checking of the answer sheet after a few days of result announcement. Applicants further must note that the AIBE answer sheet rechecking can be requested in both online and offline modes.

Online process of AIBE XViI (17) answer sheet rechecking

The council further opens up a link for applicants who want to apply for online rechecking of AIBE answer sheets. Applicants whose result status highlights "Fail" status can apply for rechecking by following the process below:

Offline process of AIBE XVII (17) 2023 answer sheet rechecking 

The BCI issues the rechecking form on its official website. Applicants who appeared for the exam will have to fill in the rechecking application form in the attached format besides a demand draft of Rs. 200, in favour of the Bar Council of India payable at New Delhi office. 

According to the BCI rules, students who have completed their law graduation after 2009-10 must pass their AIBE for practising law in any court of the country.
