The Indian Air Force (IAF) issued the notification for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form at afcat.cdac.in. The course will begin in January 2025.
The AFCAT examination is likely to be conducted on 16, 17, 18 February.
Training will commence in the first week of January 2025 for all courses at Air Force Academy Dundigal (Hyderabad). The duration of training for flying and ground duty (technical) branches is 62 weeks and that of ground duty (non-technical) branches is 52 weeks at air force training establishments.
It must be noted that candidates must be unmarried at the time of commencement of the course and marriage is not permitted during training. A candidate who marries during the period of training shall be discharged and will be liable to refund all expenditure incurred on him by the Government.
