The National Testing Agency (NTA) is gearing up to release the CSIR UGC NET 2023 admit card and city intimation slip on the official website, csirnet.nta.ac.in. Scheduled for December 26-28, 2023, the joint Council of Scientific and Industrial Research and University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR UGC NET 2023) will span 225 centres across eight states and union territories.
The city intimation slip, indicating the exam venue, will precede the admit card, allowing candidates to plan their travel and accommodation. The CSIR UGC NET 2023 admit card, accessible on csirnet.nta.ac.in, will furnish essential details such as roll number, candidate’s name, date of birth, category, and exam specifics like centre details, reporting time, subject, centre number, address, timing and vital instructions.
Candidates can conveniently download both the city intimation slip and admit card using their application number and date of birth. The CSIR UGC NET aims to assess eligibility for lectureship and award Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) scholarships. The exam, comprising five papers in life sciences, chemical sciences, mathematical sciences, physical science and earth sciences, will be conducted online, with each paper carrying 200 marks.
The languages medium encompasses both English and Hindi, with three parts featuring subjective and multiple-choice questions to be completed within a three-hour timeframe.
