The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has released the computer-based test (CBT) admit cards to recruit candidates for technical positions at the Rourkela steel plant. The admit cards are available for download at the official website of SAIL. Candidates can visit www.sail.co.in to download the admit cards.
Through this recruitment process eligible candidates will be recruited for the posts of attendant cum-technician (trainee), operator cum technician (Electrical supervisor), operator cum Technician (Boiler Operator) positions.
Selection Process
The duration of the CBT would be 90 minutes and the minimum qualifying marks in the CBT will be determined based on a 50 percentile score for unreserved/EWS posts and a 40 percentile score for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy Layer)/PWD posts. The qualifying marks will be calculated separately for each post/discipline.
Candidates, who qualify in the CBT for the above posts will be shortlisted for skill test / trade test in order of merit, at the ratio of 1:3 for each post/discipline/trade. If the cut-off marks so arrived are obtained by more than one
candidate, all of them will be called for skill test / trade test.

Step 1: Log on to the official website of SAIL at sail.co.in
Step 2: Click on the 'Careers' tab
Step 3: Click on the Admit Card link mentioning the name of the exam
Step 4: Enter your login credentials
Step 5: Download the admit card and take a print out
