The Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) Assam has commenced the application process for Assistant Teacher roles at Lower Primary (LP) and Upper Primary (UP) schools, starting January 2. In this recruitment drive, DEE Assam offers 1750 vacancies for Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, and Hindi Teacher positions in UP schools, while LP schools have 3800 vacancies for Assistant Teacher roles.
The pay band for these positions ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹70,000, inclusive of grade pay and additional allowances.
