The Punjab Police Recruitment Board has announced the opening of applications for 1,746 constable positions across the district and armed corps. Starting from March 14, candidates can apply online through the official website at punjabpolice.gov.in until April 4.
In this recruitment drive, 970 positions are allocated for the District Police Cadre, while 776 positions are for the Armed Police Cadre.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old and have completed their 10+2 (Class 12) examination from a recognised educational board or university.
Selection Process
It comprises three stages: a Computer-Based and Multiple Choice Question Papers (Paper-I and Paper-II), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Screening Test, and Document Scrutiny.
