A Workshop on Emotional Intelligence titled ‘Emotional Intelligence Mastery: Navigating Career Success in VUCA World’ was held on 16 March 2024 (Saturday) at BBA Hall ACTC Building 3rd floor at 11 am. It is organised by the Department of BBA in collaboration with IQAC.
Emotional Intelligence is too relevant in today’s World. The issue is extremely essential for management students since after pursuing the course the students have to manage human resources in their professional and personal life. And to deal with human resources efficiently and effectively the role of emotional intelligence is quite significant in the modern world. Keeping this objective in mind, the BBA Department has felt the urge to organise a workshop on such a relevant topic.
Team members of ‘KHWABNAMA’ presented different aspects of emotional intelligence along with its impact on personal and organisational life. Among the other speakers, Dr. Supriyo Das , H.O.D. , Department of BBA, has emphasised on the pivotal link between emotional intelligence and discovering one’s purpose of life, underscoring its role in achieving lasting success. Dr Das’s insight shed light on the transformative power of emotional intelligence in shaping personal fulfillment and professional excellence.
Students of all semesters of B.B.A. have joined the workshop. They enthusiastically interacted with the members of the team ‘ KHWABNAMA’ and enjoyed the entire session.
