Super score: Eleven on Ten!

Instead of the Super 10, the grand finale of the 2nd International Young Chef Olympiad 2016, presented by International Institute of Hotel Management in association with t2, will see 11 countries take the litmus test on Monday, to be judged the best young chef of the world. “It’s a tie for the 10th place and the margin being very close, we voted for an 11-member team,” announced chef Andreas Muller, a YCO judge.

The countries chosen to wield their ladles on Monday are UAE, Finland, Switzerland, France, Mexico, Kenya, Canada, Mauritius, Romania, USA and Hong Kong.
