Calcutta: BJP national president Amit Shah will address a rally of the party's youth wing here on August 3, the second visit by the leader to Bengal in less than five weeks.

"Amitji will be the main speaker at the rally of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha at Rani Rashmoni Avenue on August 3. Our national president Poonam Mahajan, too, would be among the speakers," said Debjit Sarkar, the Bengal president of the Yuva Morcha.

According to sources, Shah will reach here on August 2 evening and hold organisational meetings at the Calcutta Port Trust guest house at night. "It will be a rare occasion of a BJP president attending a Morcha event. But Amitji agreed as he is concerned about youths in Bengal," Sarkar said.
