Calcutta: Mohun Bagan would need three points against Calcutta Customs to ensure the CFL Premier Division title at their home ground on Wednesday itself.

The last time Bagan won the League was in 2009-10 and since then it has been East Bengal all through. But two consecutive defeats at the hands of Peerless SC and Mohammedan Sporting respectively have ruined East Bengal's title hopes this year.

Mohun Bagan's star striker Aser Dipanda is in scintillating form at the moment. The Cameroonian is the highest goal scorer in CFL, with 10 goals till date. He has already netted two hat-tricks, one of which came in the last match against FCI as the Calcutta giants won 5-0.

Other than Dipanda, young winger Pintu Mahata has been in fine form so far in the season. The 20-year-old has become an overnight sensation since his goal in the Calcutta Derby.

Mohun Bagan do not have any serious injury concerns going into the match. Coach Shankarlal Chakraborty is expected to field an unchanged line-up from their previous match.

"I have told the boys not to think too much about winning the title. They will have to stay focused," Shankarlal said on Tuesday.

Customs are currently fifth on the league table with 13 points from seven matches. Their most notable performance this season was against East Bengal when they managed to take a point from the red and gold brigade.

Meanwhile, Yuta Kinowaki signed for the club on Tuesday.
